Overview
In this Manager role, you will lead health transformation projects within EY’s Health Practice, shaping outcomes for clients across the UK and Ireland. You’ll partner with clients to design and deliver large-scale, digital-enabled improvements in care delivery, productivity, and financial sustainability. You’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to craft solution sets and drive growth in the health sector. This is an opportunity to influence national health programs and apply data analytics and AI to real-world care system challenges.
Responsibilities
- Act as delivery lead on healthcare consulting projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality
- Develop client relationships to tailor healthcare transformation solutions
- Contribute to pursuits and bid responses, designing solutions for tenders
- Support business development and solution development to grow the UK Health Practice
- Analyze healthcare systems, policies, and practices to identify improvement opportunities
- Lead workshops and stakeholder engagements to align objectives and outcomes
- Mentor junior consultants and support their professional growth
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and new technologies to shape strategy
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant health-related subject or related field or equivalent experience
- Professional services experience in a healthcare context
- In-depth knowledge of UK healthcare trends
- Strong understanding of UK healthcare systems, policies, and operational challenges
- Proven track record of delivering projects for clients
- Experience collaborating with clinicians and operational teams
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with healthcare data awareness
- Ability to work in a team and build client relationships
- Proficiency in data analysis tools is a plus
