This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who can work directly with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value business problems, shape Snowflake-based AI and data solutions, and lead delivery teams to build scalable outcomes.
You will combine deep expertise in the Snowflake AI Data Cloud, Snowflake Cortex AI, Cortex Agents, Cortex Analyst, Snowpark, Snowflake data engineering, governance, secure data sharing and modern cloud data architecture with a strong consulting and commercial mindset.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Snowflake AI & Data Consulting Lead to help accelerate our Snowflake Alliance and lead the next wave of data and AI transformation for our clients. This is a leadership role at the intersection of consulting, technology, innovation, and strategic alliances.
As a key leader within our AI & Data Practice, you will work closely with Snowflake, EY's Snowflake practice, client executives, and sector teams to develop market-leading propositions, shape strategic opportunities, build high-performing teams, and deliver transformative data and AI programs powered by Snowflake.
The Opportunity
The convergence of cloud data platforms and AI is creating unprecedented opportunities for organizations to transform decision-making, accelerate innovation, and generate new sources of value. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for scaling our Snowflake Data and AI business, helping clients move from fragmented data environments to intelligent, AI-powered enterprises.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead solution shaping, support business development activities, cultivate our relationship with Snowflake, and develop a team of architects and engineers capable of delivering world-class data and AI solutions.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a technology solution workshop, executive boardroom discussion, sales pursuit, or delivery governance meeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Solution Shaping: Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify business problems and value pools, translate business needs into Snowflake-led solution designs, build prototypes and proof points.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Build, lead, upskill and mentor a high-performing team of Snowflake engineers and consultants. Ensure successful delivery of complex Snowflake transformations, including Data Platform Modernisation, Cloud Migration, Data Products, AI and Generative AI Solutions, Data Governance and Operating Models.
- Alliance Leadership: Work closely with Snowflake alliance leadership to identify and execute joint go-to-market opportunities. Act as an ambassador for the firm's AI & Data capabilities across the Snowflake ecosystem.
- Sales & Growth: Develop differentiated propositions that combine deep industry expertise with Snowflake technology capabilities and contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets across AI & Data services.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation roles.
- Deep expertise across the Snowflake ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Snowflake Data Cloud, Snowpark, Cortex AI, Data Engineering & Analytics, AI and Generative AI, Modern Data Architectures.
- Proven track record of shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Desirable
- Experience working directly with Snowflake account teams and alliance organisations.
- Advanced level certifications in Snowflake products and solutions.
- Experience in industry-led digital transformation programmes.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise adoption frameworks.
