The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in a pivotal role that supports the transition to our Clients and Industries (formerly Markets) operating model across both industry and function, extending from Global to Regions. This position will play a key role in strategy design and execution within one of 6 Global Industries. Part of the Clients & Industries global team, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Regions, valuing their insights and expertise to drive meaningful change. Together, we will ensure that our operating model aligns with strategic objectives and enhances our service delivery to clients. Your key responsibilities

  • Connect and collaborate: Be ‘the glue’ driving close connectivity and collaboration across the Industry, solving challenges and helping to formulate strategies that drive growth and realize market opportunities.
  • Align cross-functional efforts: Align cross-functional efforts with Global and Region leadership and lead on stakeholders and community engagement with BMC and Sector GTM teams.
  • Drive growth of Strategic and Premier Accounts: Oversee all large, strategically important opportunities to drive exponential growth of the Industry and oversee capital allocation across all Sectors in collaboration with Global Industry Leader (GIL), SR and SL ILs, ensuring investments are prioritized against set strategy.
  • Lead and drive execution: Shape the vision and ambition for the Industry in collaboration with the GIL, Sector Leaders, SR and SL Industry Leaders and drive end to end execution.
  • Inform Firm-wide investments: Instill a client lens and bring all parts of the firm together to ratify demand, agree joint priorities with Regions and SLs that informs the Firm's investment decisions and capital allocation.
  • Orchestrate Governance: Co-lead Industry Board with the GIL, ensuring disciplined and impactful board management and Industry is represented on Editorial Board for sector insights alignment.

  • 10+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record.
