Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to improve business processes
- Create AI solutions across projects and portfolios with scalable, reusable architectures
- Choose between low-code and pro-code approaches and design cloud-native AI platforms
- Provide technical oversight and QA, including code reviews and mentoring
- Define engineering standards and govern project deliverables
- Translate business problems into deliverable technical scope with feasibility assessments
- Oversee AI governance, risk assessment, information security, and licensing up to live release
- Manage senior stakeholders and coordinate onshore/offshore delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into specs
- Stay current with AI advancements and document processes for maintainability
- Key requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven AI developer/engineer with a strong project delivery portfolio
- Proficiency in Python and Type Script
- Working knowledge of Git and version control
- Strong foundations in algorithms, data structures, and software design
- Experience with Pandas, Num Py, and SQL
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and lifecycle management
- Experience building and orchestrating LLM agents with prompt design, grounding, retrieval, and testing
- Cloud experience, including cost awareness and usage
- API integration experience (Graph, REST, SQL, Share Point, etc.)
- Experience operating within enterprise guardrails (AI risk, information security, DLP, environments, licensing)
- Excellent problem-solving, independent and team work capability
