Overview
In this role you will design and implement AI agents and automation tools to transform business processes.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions and deploy LLM-driven systems across enterprise platforms.
You’ll build and evaluate AI agents, integrate tools with enterprise APIs, and maintain cloud-native skills on Azure and AWS.
Your work will support live products, drive innovation, and ensure governance and security compliance.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI agents and automation tools to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into technical specs
- Build and orchestrate LLM agents with prompt design, grounding and retrieval
- Test agent behaviour and handle uncertainty in outputs
- Configure solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse) and manage environments
- Integrate AI tools with enterprise systems via APIs (Graph, REST, SQL, Share Point)
- Develop cloud-native capabilities on Azure and AWS and leverage their AI services
- Contribute across the full delivery lifecycle from design to production and support live products
- Adhere to enterprise guardrails including AI risk assessment, information security review, data loss prevention
- Perform data analysis to support AI development and evaluate solutions
- Document code and methodologies; participate in code reviews
- Key requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science
- Proven AI developer experience with a project portfolio
- Proficiency in Python and Type Script
- Git/version control knowledge
- Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, software design
- Experience with Pandas, Num Py, SQL
- Willingness or ability to develop Power Platform skills
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and Saa S/Paa S/Iaa S; knowledge of cloud AI services
- Good problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
