The Global Data Office Data team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Agent Product Manager to drive the development of the Data Agent capability, collaborating with many teams across EY in support of EY’s AI Ready Data Strategy. As the Product Manager, this role will be instrumental in driving a new innovative capability, working closely with EY’s innovation community, key clients and Alliance partners to drive a world leading agentic capability.
You will be a ‘hands on’ agentic data leader, passionate and energetic, with exceptional communication and stakeholder skills. You will drive the vision for data agents; with a focus on the commercial outcomes and long term direction that will transform how EY will execute data driven, AI powered services.
Your key responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive Data Agent offering, including solution design, commercial models, and support structures.
- Establish standards, methods, and tools to ensure consistent and scalable Data Agent development.
- Define the Agentic Data Stewardship framework in collaboration with the Data Stewardship Office.
- Lead the partnership with related EY Innovation initiatives, contributing to and leveraging a shared portfolio of agentic capabilities.
- Integrate Data Agents with EY.ai Data Marketplace and the EY.ai Simulation Hub to support the broader AI Ready Data Strategy.
- Lead enterprise adoption by managing demand, tracking usage, and measuring outcomes using clear KPIs.
- Communicate the value proposition of Data Agents to both internal and external audiences.
- Partner with regional and service line data teams to promote adoption and identify high‑value use cases.
- Lead the integrations of Data Agents with related solutions and platforms, including MCP server, enterprise data catalog, analytics tools, and knowledge graph platforms such as PoolParty (Graphwise).
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree, preferably in computer science, maths or engineering.
- Master’s in Business Administration is a plus.
- Demonstrable skills with AI and Agentic capabilities – fluent in all aspects of agentic tools, platforms and capabilities.
- Proven experience across the data management lifecycle – including data quality, data modelling, data engineering etc.
- Excellent business acumen to translate client needs into actionable solutions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
