Overview
In this role you will shape and execute EY’s alliance and ecosystem strategy across EMEIA, integrating global priorities with regional execution. You will engage senior partners and EY leaders to drive governance, performance, and joint outcomes across Microsoft, SAP, NVIDIA, ServiceNow and data vendors. You’ll lead end-to-end alliance operations, from planning and contracting to enablement and measurement, embedding alliances into key accounts. This is a high-impact, cross-border position that scales strategic partnerships to deliver transformational value for clients and EY. You will work in a globally connected, diverse environment with regular collaboration across functions and regions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and align the EMEIA alliance strategy with Global priorities and regional leadership.
- Collaborate with Global Alliance Leaders and ARDs to execute Area Strategy with an EMEIA lens.
- Advocate for EY’s alliance agenda with key partners (Microsoft, SAP, NVIDIA, ServiceNow) across EMEIA.
- Oversee alliance governance, cadence of reviews, forums, and planning cycles.
- Set Area sales and GTM targets, oversee joint revenue and performance across the region.
- Lead end-to-end alliance operations: planning, activation, contracting, compliance, and enablement.
- Manage quarterly business reviews and monitor dashboards/KPIs for impact.
- Bridge global strategy with local execution, sharing playbooks and best practices.
Key requirements
- Strong executive presence with proven ability to build senior-level relationships with alliance partners and EY leadership.
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities and provide enablement across governance, marketing, contracts, finance, and operations.
- Understanding of technology and the business benefits of alliance partner products and solutions.
- Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services.
- History of nurturing win-win alliance relationships and delivering results across organizational boundaries.
- Excellent networking, influence, and project management skills with credible communication.
