The opportunity

Within the Global Brand, Marketing & Communications (BMC) function, we are excited to offer a unique opportunity for proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented individuals. This role provides the chance to join the Global BMC Associate Development Program—an 18-month structured development journey designed to build broad experience within a large, international organization.

Throughout the program, you will benefit from a diverse range of learning opportunities, including peer-to-peer coaching, formal training, and hands-on experience. You will also complete a series of six-month rotations across key BMC areas—Marketing; Brand & Experiences; Communications & Engagement; and Enablement—gaining valuable exposure to different teams and disciplines.

Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution of global BMC programs and campaigns.
  • Collaborating closely with the business to bring services and solutions to market.
  • Building strong relationships with EY stakeholders.
  • Engaging our people and helping bring our purpose to life.
  • Gaining broad exposure across BMC.
  • Deepening your understanding of the EY business while developing new skills and capabilities.
  • Spending time on activities such as developing stakeholder presentations and toolkits, supporting the creation of internal and external communications materials, contributing ideas for creative marketing assets, assisting with campaign measurement, analysis, and reporting, maintaining and updating team SharePoint sites, coordinating activities and managing deliverables across projects, collaborating across BMC pillars and teams, and supporting the development of presentations and leadership decks.

To succeed in this role, you will need to build strong relationships, develop a solid understanding of the EY organization, and proactively contribute new ideas. You will also become familiar with EY processes and structures, including the external communications review and approval process.
