We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Microsoft AI and Data Consulting Lead to help accelerate and lead the next wave of AI transformation for our clients by leveraging our strategic alliance with Microsoft. This is a leadership role at the intersection of consulting, technology, innovation, and strategic alliances. You will combine deep expertise across the Microsoft AI and Data ecosystem—including Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Azure Data Platform, Power Platform, and Modern Data Architecture—with a strong consulting mindset to help clients modernize, innovate, and unlock measurable business value.
As a key leader within our AI & Data Practice, you will work closely with Microsoft, client executives, and internal sector teams to develop market-leading propositions, shape strategic opportunities, build high-performing teams, and deliver transformative programs powered by Microsoft's AI and Data platforms.
The rapid evolution of AI is creating unprecedented opportunities for organizations to reinvent how they operate, engage customers, and drive growth. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for scaling our Microsoft AI and Data business, helping clients move from experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption of AI. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead solution shaping, support business development activities, cultivate our relationship with Microsoft, and develop a team of architects and engineers capable of delivering world-class AI and data solutions.
This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a technology solution design workshop or a client executive team meeting.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory & Solution Shaping: Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic business challenges and transformation priorities and translate client context into compelling Microsoft-led AI and data solutions.
- Team Leadership & Delivery: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Microsoft engineers and consultants. Ensure successful delivery of complex Microsoft focused AI and data programmes including Microsoft AI and Data solutions.
- Alliance Leadership: Work closely with Microsoft alliance team at EY to identify and execute joint go-to-market opportunities with Microsoft.
- Sales & Growth: Work closely with account leaders, sector leaders, and other practice leaders to develop a strong opportunity pipeline.

Skills & Experience
Essential
- Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation roles.
- Deep expertise across the Snowflake ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of multiple Microsoft technologies.
- Proven track record of shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Desirable
- Experience working directly with Microsoft account teams and alliance organisations.
- Microsoft certifications across Azure AI, Azure Data, Fabric, or Solution Architecture.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise adoption frameworks.
