Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory & Solution Shaping: Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify business problems and value pools, translate business needs into Databricks-led solution designs, build prototypes and proof points.
  • Team Leadership & Delivery: Build, lead, upskill and mentor a high-performing team of Databricks engineers, and consultants. Ensure successful delivery of complex Databricks led transformations, including: Data Platform Modernisation, Data Products, AI solutions, Data Governance and Operating Models.
  • Alliance Leadership: Work closely with Databricks alliance leadership to identify and execute joint go-to-market opportunities.
  • Sales & Growth: Work closely with account leaders, sector leaders, and other practice leaders to develop a strong Databricks opportunity pipeline.

What Success Looks Like

  • Shape and close strategic Databricks-led opportunities and create a sustainable and growing pipeline of transformation programmes that contribute significantly to AI & Data practice growth.
  • Establish a leading Databricks capability recognised for technical excellence and innovation.
  • Translate business challenges into practical, scalable Databricks-powered solutions.

Essential:

  • Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation roles.
  • Advanced level certifications in Databricks Partner Champion certifications.
  • Deep expertise across the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of shaping and delivering large-scale data and technology transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience working directly with Databricks account teams and alliance organisations.
