As Senior Manager, you will lead advisory and technical security initiatives to enhance clients' cyber postures across IT and OT. Responsibilities
- Assess current IT and OT architectures and data flows to define secure state architectures
- Create secure current-state and target-state architectures for enterprise IT and OT environments
- Review designs, identify risks, and propose remediation balancing security, safety, and operations
- Translate regulatory and compliance obligations into architecture principles and controls
- Apply IEC 62443 concepts to OT architecture and control design
- Define security controls across identity, networks, cloud, data, and third-party services
- Evaluate IT/OT integration points and define network segmentation and monitoring requirements
- Produce implementation-ready security architecture documentation and risk assessments
- Collaborate with control-system engineers, operations, cloud, security, and risk stakeholders to resolve design issues
- Support security design governance and architecture review processes
Key requirements
- Demonstrable experience designing and reviewing enterprise security architectures
- Experience defining technical controls and assessing security risks in complex designs
- IT and OT environments experience, including enterprise and industrial dependencies
- Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements into architecture principles and designs
- Experience with security architecture frameworks (e.g., SABSA)
- Knowledge of IEC 62443 and industrial/OT security architectures
- Experience supporting architecture governance, cloud transformation, and security-tool deployment
- Relevant security or architecture certifications (CISSP, CISM, SABSA)
- Strong collaboration with global, multi-functional teams
- Ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Security architecture frameworks (SABSA)
- IEC 62443 knowledge for OT security
