b Overview /b p As a Senior Consultant in EYs Belfast UK I Consulting Quality Team, you support risk management, compliance and contracting processes to ensure high-quality service delivery. You collaborate with Legal, Independence and Business Resilience to resolve contractual and operational risk questions. You will review client agreements, SOWs, subcontracts and NDAs, guiding moderate-complexity matters within EY guidelines. This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary teams and opportunities to shape quality practices and risk solutions across engagements. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Coordinate with Legal, Independence and Business Resilience teams to support risk and compliance efforts /li li Review and resolve contractual and operational risk queries (e.g., business relationships, liability, data protection, third-party risk) /li li Review client agreements, statements of work, subcontracts and NDAs of moderate complexity under EY guidelines /li li Address operational risk issues with appropriate escalation to teams or General Counsel /li li Contribute to the development of Quality processes, methods and contracting improvements /li li Support deployment of Risk Management projects and handle ad hoc team requests /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Exposure to contracts and legal terms /li li Experience in professional services or legal sector outside financial services/AML /li li Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and move complex issues toward resolution /li li Proactive, approachable, able to work independently and break down barriers /li /ul ul li collaboration with senior team members /li li stakeholder management /li li responsiveness and initiative /li li contract review /li li operational risk management /li li data protection /li /ul
