b Overview /b p In this Manager role within EY’s Transaction Forensics SPA team, you’ll guide M A pricing and post-deal accounting aspects, working with clients, bankers, and legal advisers to support SPA negotiations. You’ll deliver high-quality analyses on price adjustments, completion accounts, and leakage reviews while managing engagements to budget and schedule. You’ll coach junior colleagues and help expand the engagement pipeline through strong client relationships.
