Exentec Hargreaves is seeking an experienced cost estimator to deliver high-level estimates for planned construction projects, focusing on labour, equipment and materials across Mechanical Engineering works. You will review outline drawings and specs to ensure buildability and cost effectiveness early in tenders.
The role involves coordinating bid content, building service cost elements, site installation, preliminaries, and design costs, with travel to client sites as required.
