About YouTo be eligible for this role, you must: Be expecting at least a 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar degree course. Be graduating in 2026 or have graduated in the last 3 years (2023-2025 inclusive). Be seeking to start employment in September 2026. Be able to demonstrate a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a team environment. Be motivated to continue your professional development as an engineer and work with Company mentors towards IMechE Chartership. Relevant work experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
