What you will do:
- Own and manage loyalty partnerships with leading UK household name providers, ensuring strong collaboration and mutual growth.
- Deliver value through strategic planning, innovative thinking, and effective relationship management.
- Manage budgets and contractual agreements to ensure compliance and enhance ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to optimise and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with our integrated marketing agency team to shape future loyalty campaigns and ensure flawless execution.
- Liaise and co‑ordinate with technical teams and customer care to ensure loyalty platform delivery, seamless integration, and an excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, and Esso branded wholesalers to align loyalty initiatives with broader business objectives.
- Develop and execute loyalty strategies that enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable business results.
About you:
- Proven experience in loyalty program management, marketing partnerships, or related MarCom activities.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple internal and external interfaces.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking, combined with creativity and a passion for innovation.
- Exceptional relationship‑building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Highly adaptable, action‑oriented, and committed to delivering results through cross‑functional collaboration.
