Extreme Networks is seeking a strategic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for the direct and indirect GTM in the UKI. This role drives pipeline generation, accelerates sales cycles, and plays a major role in growing revenue. As a member of the extended UKI leadership team, you will evolve the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact field marketing customer acquisition and expansion programs - virtual and in-person field events, targeted demand generation and account-based campaigns, and integrated full funnel marketing channel initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in field and event marketing, cross-functional collaboration, maximising ROI, and data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Sr. Director EMEA Field Marketing, you will work collaboratively on the regional direct/channel strategy and execution as well as support related growth marketing initiatives for the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Ownership: Define and execute the field marketing strategy for your specific segment(s) aligned with corporate objectives, marketing goals, and sales targets. Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategy and tactics. Design repeatable, scalable programs and processes that generate predictable pipeline growth.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Build and refine a field marketing strategy based on rigorous ROI analysis, pipeline attribution, and predictive analytics.
  • Pipeline Management: Deliver measurable pipeline targets with full accountability for conversion across your segment(s), target accounts and vertical segments. Optimise programs and processes that continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships and alignment with key stakeholder organisations including Sales, Channel, BDR, Corporate and Regional Marketing, Marketing Services – Operations, Integrated Campaigns, Digital.
  • Impactful Content: Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to develop value proposition messaging and inform content strategy. Support the sales team by identifying assets and customising content to execute successful campaigns to support the sales motion.
  • Partner Campaigns: Create and execute joint go-to-market strategies supporting pipeline generation goals with key partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
  • Pipeline Expertise: 7+ years scaling field marketing programs in fast-growing tech companies, with direct pipeline accountability and proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Revenue Growth: Deep understanding of demand generation funnels, sales processes, and revenue operations in B2B environments.
  • Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to create breakthrough programs beyond traditional events—digital experiences, account-based campaigns, and omnichannel strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong partnership skills with sales leaders, with the ability to speak their language around pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact.
  • Data & Analytics: Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimisation using Salesforce, Marketo and other data analysis platforms.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Program Management & Operational Rigor: Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and deliver results across multiple demand generation initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • 20%-25% domestic travel.
