About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, organised and creative Freelance Sports/Event Videographer to capture and produce high-quality videos for various types of events. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for social first video production, storytelling, and creative problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:- Capture high-quality video footage of events for EXTREME.
- Collaborate with the EXTREME Team to understand the video requirements and vision.
- Plan shots, prepare equipment and liaise with any onsite tech.
- Edit and produce engaging event videos that follow brand guidelines, tell a compelling story and capture the essence and emotion of the event.
- Knowledge of social video formats, trends and best practices is key.
- Experience in filming live sports events, interviews and conferences.
- Proven experience in creating high-quality event videos that tell a story and capture emotion.
- Personal interest in EXTREME Sports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative environment with the EXTREME team.
- Ability to deliver on tight deadlines and ensure the highest standards of attention to detail and quality.
- Owns professional-grade camera equipment, including stabilizers, tripods and microphones.
- Willingness to travel and sometimes on short notice.
- Proficient in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, Final Cut, for video editing, colour grading, and sound editing. (Desired but not essential)
