We are currently seeking a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team to support our network of nursing home settings. Main Responsibilities:

- Advocating for residents’ rights and preferences, respecting their dignity, privacy, and cultural beliefs
- Participating in training and development activities, continuously expanding your knowledge and skills in nursing practice.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN) and current active registration with the NMC
- Proven experience and competence in delivering high-quality nursing care in a nursing home or similar setting
- Excellent clinical skills, including the ability to perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and manage complex care needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with residents, families, and the care team
- Empathy, compassion, and a person-centred approach to care, prioritising residents’ well-being and comfort
- Sound knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks, policies, and best practices in nursing and elderly care
- Ability to work well under pressure, handle challenging situations with professionalism and maintain composure
