The Role
- Business Development: To ensure the team converts new clients and maximises potential within existing clients.
- Service Delivery: Responsible for all activity related to the efficient and effective provision of service to meet the requirements of each client’s contractual obligations.
- Financial Performance: Understand the financial position of the Branch Operations Manager in relation to both the desk and branch profitability and be able to translate this through to your teams. Show competency in understanding the figures & take appropriate actions.
- Development: Ensuring we have the best trained employees who can adapt to the changing market and client needs.
