We are currently looking for an IT & Marketing Support Administrator to join our team at our Head Office based in St Albans on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
The Person
- A confident problem solver who enjoys getting to the bottom of an issue and seeing it through to resolution.
- Comfortable and confident with technology, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
- Excellent communication skills on all levels, both written and oral — able to explain things clearly to non-technical colleagues.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly when it comes to record keeping and data accuracy.
- Outward going and positive personality with a 'can do attitude'.
- A creative eye, with an interest in design and social media (experience with Canva is an advantage, but we can teach you).
- Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same.
The Role
- Providing first-line IT support to colleagues across our national branch network, responding to and resolving tickets through our internal support system.
- Managing the full lifecycle of company IT equipment — logging, tracking and updating records on BambooHR and our IT Team spreadsheet.
- Arranging and dispatching equipment to new starters, and organising replacements when equipment is faulty or damaged.
- Creating eye-catching social media templates in Canva for our consultants to use when advertising vacancies.
- Producing regular reports, including weekly social media activity stats highlighting posting activity and outstanding message responses.
- Remaining compliant and upholding the high standards of the company at all times.
- Testing new development work before it gets released.
