These are temp to perm positions. Extrastaff are currently recruiting for Pallet Repairers to join a busy and supportive warehouse team in the Grays area. You will be working 12-hour shifts, on a 4 on 4 off basis. The shift consists of 2 days and 2 nights, spanning from 06:00 until 18:00 and 18:00 until 06:00.

Pallet Repairer Duties:
- Restoring damaged pallets, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards
- Manual pallet sort and restore (ability to work with hand tools and electric tools is essential)
- Automated pallet sort with specially designed equipment to reduce manual handling
- Loading and unloading pallets from trailers
- Responsible for achieving production deadlines and targets
- YOU MUST enjoy physical work
Requirements for a Pallet Repairer:
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment
- Flexibility to assist with general warehouse duties when required
- A strong team player with a positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
