The Role
- Development of our larger contracts to maintain & increase service levels.
- Maintain working pool of candidates in line with client requirements.
- Liaise with onsite clients to receive booking requirements and ensure fulfilment with compliant and suitable candidates from the working pool.
- To achieve and surpass specific KPIs in line with Service Level Agreement.
- Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to both your temps and clients alike.
- To be flexible with hours and locations, being both reactive and proactive to clients' needs.
