As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an organised and motivated Finance Assistant to join our Finance team on a maternity cover contract.

The Role
As a Finance Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our Finance department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing purchase ledger invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving any discrepancies.
- Processing and reconciling company credit card statements.
- Processing employee expense claims.
- Completing bank reconciliations.
- Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
- Supporting the wider Finance team with additional accounting duties.
- Full Time 35hrs or Part Time 28hrs option.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team. Ideally, you'll have:
- Previous experience in purchase ledger and supplier account reconciliations.
- Experience processing company credit card statements and employee expenses.
- Experience completing bank reconciliations.
- Experience using Sage 200 Standard.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A positive, energetic and approachable personality.
- The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines within a busy environment.
