We are currently looking for a consultant for our established branch based in Enfield. If you are ready to take the next step in your career, we would like to hear from you!

The Person:

  • The ability to build and develop strong client relationships by simply having conversations.
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels, both written and oral.
  • Outward going and positive personality with a ‘can do attitude’.
  • To be able to work to, and be rewarded for, achieving defined goals.
  • Able to multi-task within a fast-paced working environment, where no two days are the same.
  • Ideally have some experience within the Logistics or Transport industries but not essential.
  • Full UK drivers license with access to a vehicle.

Duties as Recruitment Consultant:

  • Development of existing and prospect clients.
  • Ability to identify, win, grow and retain business.
  • Organising and attending new and service visits to clients.
  • Ensuring you provide a high-quality service to both your temps and clients alike.
  • Remaining compliant and uphold the high standards of the company at all times.
