We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for an immediate start to be based in Castle Donnington. You will be working in the Issue Resolution Team, having responsibility for obtaining quotes from the subcontracting carrier base, liaising with customers to solve their queries and issues, along with general administration and data quality tasks.
