Branch Operations Manager – Sheffield OTE -£60k OTE
Extrastaff is a highly professional, successful, award-winning recruitment agency specialising in the supply of temporary driving & industrial personnel. We operate from over 50 locations across the UK. Due to our success, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager to start up and open our newest branch in Sheffield.

The Role
- Business Development — ensuring the team converts new clients and maximises potential within existing clients
- Service Delivery — overseeing all activities related to the efficient and effective provision of services to meet contractual obligations
- Financial Performance — understanding the financial position of the branch and translating this into team actions; demonstrating competency in managing figures
- Development — ensuring employees are well-trained, adaptable, and responsive to market and client needs

- A basic salary of £35,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission with no thresholds on gross or net revenue
