Branch Operations Manager β Sheffield OTE -Β£60k OTE

We operate from over 50 locations across the UK. Due to our success, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Branch Operations Manager to start up and open our newest branch in Sheffield.

- Business Development β ensuring the team converts new clients and maximises potential within existing clients
- Service Delivery β overseeing all activities related to the efficient and effective provision of services to meet contractual obligations
- Financial Performance β understanding the financial position of the branch and translating this into team actions; demonstrating competency in managing figures
- Development β ensuring employees are well-trained, adaptable, and responsive to market and client needs

- A basic salary of Β£35,000 per annum
- Uncapped commission with no thresholds on gross or net revenue
