Communications
- Oversee all internal and external communications, ensuring the Company’s branding is consistent and all messaging is aligned to the Company’s strategy, including donor communications and social media presence.
- Develop programme including but not limited to cause-related marketing, corporate social responsibility programmes and events.
- Develop new creative innovative marketing strategies for fundraising and donor acquisition purposes.
Community Partnerships
- Explore, build and develop new and existing community partnerships and develop, plan and execute the strategy for programmes and events to raise awareness and promote the Company.
- Explore, develop and market outreach programmes with clients, beneficiaries, donors, communities, government departments as appropriate to promote products and services of the Company.
- Explore, analyse and investigate potential new projects.
- Explore potential invitations to bid for tenders and grants available for partners and the Company, to promote the Company.
- Develop tailored corporate sponsorship proposals in support of specific communications and activities including mass fundraising events.
- Identify and foster strong relationships with new corporate prospects and ensure existing corporate donors are stewarded appropriately, resulting in profitable long-term partnerships.
- Support the CEO to ensure that fundraising and acquisition goals are achieved and tracked, and contribute to the department’s overall fundraising objectives.
- Develop case studies on our partnerships. Share best practices of local activations.
- Preparation of administrative programme and guest lists.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements.
Graphic Design
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials not limited to releases, press kits, newsletters, corporate videos and related marketing materials.
- Development and management of Email marketing, website management and content development.
Others
- Engage families from the special needs community with meaningful activities.
- Plan, advertise, prepare logistics and operations of programmes.
- Support the event management function.
- Assist in organising and planning of annual events and other events gearing towards engaging the community.
- Supporting the Management in other duties when required.
- Supervising and guiding of new hires and interns.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study.
- 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries.
- Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute.
