The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Programme Planning and Delivery
Plan session schedules with the trainers and work closely with EPL finance and client services department to ensure all protocols are followed.

Participant Support & Engagement
Foster a safe, respectful, and motivating environment where participants can express themselves through music and movement. Identify and respond to sensory sensitivities or challenges, modifying activities or environments as needed. Support individuals with varying communication, cognitive, sensory, and behavioural needs. Encourage social interaction, teamwork, and confidence-building through group activities and performances.

Performance & Showcase Coordination
Plan and organize performances. Plan proposal and quotation to potential hirers. Liaise closely with hirers on the needed. Facilitate rehearsals and guide participants through the performance process.

Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with trainers/coaches, caregivers, and other facilitators to align programming with individual needs and goals. Maintain clear communication with families and caregivers about progress, upcoming events, and any issues that arise. Participate in regular team meetings to review session outcomes and improve facilitation practices.

Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress notes, and incidents. Assist with the evaluation of programme outcomes and contribute to reports or grant applications when required.

Partnership Development & Relationship Management
Identify, initiate, and manage strategic partnerships with schools, local authorities, and private sector stakeholders. Develop mutually beneficial partnership proposals that align with the charity’s goals and the interests of potential partners. Build long-term relationships with stakeholders to expand services and opportunities for individuals with special needs. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with community partners. Serve as the main point of contact and liaison.

Community Engagement
Represent the organization at community events, forums, and collaborative meetings. Work closely with families, caregivers, and local community groups to understand their needs and ensure our partnerships reflect their voices. Coordinate joint community initiatives, campaigns, and inclusive events.

Fundraising Events & Campaigns
Plan, organize, and execute a calendar of fundraising events (e.g., charity walks, gala dinners, community fairs, awareness days). Work closely with internal and external teams to deliver events on time and within budget. Secure sponsorships, vendors, and community participation to maximize event success. Innovate new fundraising initiatives that engage supporters and raise awareness for special needs inclusion.

Any ad-hoc duties assigned by CEO including in function of Community Partnerships.

Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or relevant field of study. 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries. Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute. Positive attitude. Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments.
