What will you do as our Retirement Village Manager?
- Take overall responsibility of all aspects of life at the Village as a 24/7, 365-day operation
- Manage relationships with leaseholders and tenants
- Motivate and develop a multi-disciplined team
- Maintain high standards of care, support and hospitality for which we have become renowned
- Inspire and motivate your team to achieve KPI targets
As our Retirement Village Manager, you will be at the heart of what we do, and will live and breathe our commitment to providing unrivalled standards of care to our residents, within an outstanding community environment.
Our ideal Retirement Village Manager:
- Will have/work towards an NVQ4, RMA, LMCS or QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
- Experience of successful contract negotiation / management
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of people management
- Financial and business acumen
- Ability and experience to manage complaints successfully together with delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
