The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Relief Hospitality Assistant to join our friendly team, based at our New Oscott Retirement Village. If you have excellent customer service and some previous hospitality experience, come and join our friendly team at our New Oscott Retirement Village and support the villageâs commitment in delivering ExtraCareâs mission of âbetter lives for older peopleâ.
Role Details
- Position: Relief Hospitality Assistant
- Rate: ÂŁ12.60 per hour
- Location: New Oscott Retirement Village
ExtraCare does not participate in the current âUK Visa Sponsorshipâ scheme. You must be able to evidence your Right to Work in the UK.
What will you do as our Relief Hospitality Assistant?
- Processing orders, creating an excellent customer service to our residents and guests
- Serving guests, coffees, teas, drinks, snacks and meals
- Covering shifts for sickness, absence and busy periods
- Clearing tables and ensuring the hospitality areas are always presentable
Our ideal Relief Hospitality Assistant will have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team player
- Previous hospitality experience, front of house
- Flexible to support in the kitchen when required
