ExtraCare is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager for our new charity shop in Preston, Lancashire. This part-time role (28.5 hours per week) supports the Shop Manager and drives sales ahead of the Winter 2026 opening, at Lytham Road, PR4 1AD.
You will recruit and motivate volunteers, maintain high store standards and deliver excellent customer service while contributing to retirement village projects across our charity.
