Lark Hill Retirement Village, part of the Extra Care Charitable Trust, are currently recruiting a Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our friendly team at Lark Hill Retirement Village and support the scheme’s commitment in delivering ExtraCare’s mission of better lives for older people.

Role Details

  • Rate: £12.60 per hour
  • Location: Lark Hill Retirement Village, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, NG11 8BF
  • Contract: Part time, 8 hours to be worked across every 2 weeks. Shifts will be worked across Saturday and Sunday

What will you do as our Receptionist?

  • Meet and greet visitors in a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming manner
  • Provide a friendly and helpful telephone service
  • Ensure all visitors & contractors can be accounted for in case of an emergency
  • Ensure reception area is kept tidy and report any shortfalls
  • With the Administrator, provide a typing and photocopying service and order stationery on a weekly basis.
  • Set up systems to manage and keep accurate records of meeting room bookings
  • Take comprehensive messages for members of staff or residents, ensuring they are passed on
  • Train and guide residents, volunteers, or others to provide a competent service.
