18 hours per week – Nights

Night Shifts

All Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7-days rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work every other weekend as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service.

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be expected to carry out the following tasks:

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary careto our residents including both physical, personal care and support with social activities,
  • Promoting and supporting the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.

Night Care Assistant Person Specification

  • Hold acare certificate or willing to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours.
