This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team based in Kettering, where you will play a major part in providing domiciliary care services to residents and promoting independent living for those over 55. This job is domiciliary care with one location, meaning no travelling between jobs.

Role Details
- Hours: 17 hours per week (2 shifts – 9pm to 7:30am)
- Salary: £12.96 per hour
- Location: Sunley Court, Pipers Hill Road, Kettering, NN15 7RJ
Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents including personal care and support with social activities.
- Promote and support the physical, emotional, and well‑being of residents.
- Encourage independence and self‑belief.
- Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy.
Person Specification
- Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.
- Personable, an effective communicator, and a team player.
- Passionate about delivering a quality care service.
