You will work 20 hours per week at Solihull Retirement Village, Shirley, Birmingham, delivering engaging programmes for residents and supporting a vibrant community.

You will plan varied activities, encourage resident-led sessions, and coordinate with the Lifestyle Manager and Head of Care to ensure safe, enjoyable events, including evenings and weekend programmes.
