Extra Care Charitable Trust is seeking a Resident Engagement Officer to support high-quality resident engagement across its villages and schemes.
You will work with the Housing and Resident Engagement Manager to promote resident voice, run forums and turn feedback into service improvements.
The role is based at Head Office in Coventry with duties at Extra Care locations as required.
It is a full-time, permanent position offering 37.5 hours per week and a salary of £37,500 per annum.
