Regional Operations Manager â West Midlands, Northamptonshire & Nottinghamshire.
- Covering ExtraCareRetirement Villages of Earlsdon Park, Humber Court, Lark Hill, Solihull, Rosewood & Sunley Court.
This role attracts an annual salary of ÂŁ72,446, plus ÂŁ6,456 car allowance. Benefits of the role include;

The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for leading and supporting several locations, each overseen by a Location Manager. This role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance and consistently highâquality resident experience across the region.
The Regional Operations Manager drives strategic alignment, fosters a culture of service accountability, and ensures each location operates efficiently and sustainably, whilst leading on the achievement of the Corporate Plan for the region.
Key responsibilities of the Regional Operations Manager role;
- To manage the overall performance of a group of locations, to achieve or exceed key performance indicators.
- Ensure all locations operate in alignment with organisational standards, policies and longâterm strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service quality, safety, compliance and operational efficiency.
- Oversee implementation of quality assurance programs, ROM audits, and operational efficiency.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring best practice is shared at both Regional and National level to drive business improvement.
- To be aware of the outcomes of all CQC inspections, and in the event of any nonâcompliance, ensure that appropriate action is taken with relevant correspondence sent to CQC. Also to be aware of Local Authority contract monitoring reviews and action plans, as well as RSH/Homes England and ARCO inspections and visits.
