We have a fantastic opportunity for a Care Team Leader at Yate Court, based in Evesham. You will be required to work 22.5 hours per week on a rota basis and will receive a competitive salary of £18,076 plus an excellent benefits package which includes:

Yates Court offers independent living to its residents. There are a range of facilities available to our residents such as Communal Lounge, Craft Room, Greenhouse, Hairdressers, IT Area, Laundry, Library, Well Being Room and a Restaurant.
What will you do as our Care Team Leader?
- Manage a team of Care Assistants and ensure correct procedures are followed
- Develop, implement, and maintain individual care and support plans
- Provide residents and relatives with an effective communication network
- Ensure residents are encouraged to reach their optimum level of independence
- Ensure all administrative systems are implemented effectively
- Carry out 2 Sleep ins per week & work weekend shifts as part of a rota system
Our ideal Care Team Leader will have:
- An NVQ / QCF Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or will work towards this qualification)
- Experience in managing a team within a similar environment
- Exceptional communication skills
