Our stunning Hughenden Gardens Retirement Village based in High Wycombe are expanding their care team and seeking new team members! At ExtraCare, we provide our residents with exceptional retirement villages that enhance care and lifestyle opportunities, genuinely fostering 'better lives for older people.' We offer a comprehensive domiciliary care service all in one location, eliminating the need for travel between jobs. ExtraCare does not participate in the current "UK Visa Sponsorship" scheme, and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal care, and support their social activities.
  • Promote and enhance the physical and emotional well-being of residents, encouraging independence and self-confidence.
Requirements
  • Compassionate, patient, and personable.
  • Good communication skills with residents and colleagues.
  • Care certificate or willingness to obtain one.
  • Flexibility with hours; will work on a rota basis, covering alternate weekends.
Hours & Compensation
  • Hours: 24 hours per week – 4 shifts per week (7am‑1pm / 4pm‑10pm).
  • Salary: £14.26 per hour. Includes alternate weekends.
