This is an exciting time to be joining Yates Court and be part of a supportive team in a luxury retirement village.

We provide a domiciliary care service all under one roof. No more travelling!

Are you a Care and Support Worker who is compassionate, patient, and personable and would like to develop your career with us? If so, we would like to hear from you.

Role and Details

  • Role: Care and Support Worker – Nights
  • Hours: 33 hours per week
  • Shifts: 20:00-08:00
  • Salary: 12.96 per hour
  • Location: Yates Court Scheme, High Street, Evesham, WR11 4DN

Responsibilities

  • Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to our residents including physical and personal care and support with social activities
  • Promote and support the physical, emotional and well-being of our residents
  • Encourage independence and self-belief
  • Ensure records and documents are completed in line with our policy

Person Specification

  • Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification
  • Personable, an effective communicator and a team player
  • Passionate about delivering a quality care service
  • Flexible with hours
