The ExtraCare Charitable Trust are recruiting for a Relief Bar Host to join our friendly hospitality team at our Lovat Fields Retirement Village based in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Bar Host to support the village's commitment in delivering ExtraCare's mission of “better lives for older people”.
Position: Bar Host - Relief
Hourly Rate: £13.23 per hour
Hours: Ad hoc - to cover holiday, sickness, weekends, evenings, events
Location: Lovat Fields, Japonica Lane, Milton Keynes, MK15 9ED
ExtraCare does not participate in the current “UK Visa Sponsorship” scheme, and we would not be able to facilitate sponsorship.
What will you do as our Relief Bar Host?
- Welcome all customers and provide a professional, helpful, and friendly service.
- Support in arranging bar entertainments.
- Carry out quality training, supervision or coaching of our bar volunteers or other staff.
- Carry out stock control procedures and ensure all stock takes are carried out correctly.
- Positively promote sales awareness within the bar team.
- Be aware of who the personal License Holder is, and challenge suspected underage drinking.
