Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a part time temporary Receptionist position for one of our clients based in the Brownhills area. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors and answering call and email enquiries.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet visitors ensuring that they sign in and are issued with a visitors pass
- Meet and greet contractors ensuring they sign in, issued with a visitors pass and complete Permit to Works, etc
- Ensure all visitors and contractors are briefed on the Visitors Guidelines
- Ensure access badges are monitored and returned
- Respond to all incoming e-mails promptly and follow-up as required
Receptionist Details:
- Location: Brownhills (WS8)
- Payrate: £12.81 PH (Temporary Cover)
- Hours: Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm
Receptionist Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office / Outlook applications essential
- Experience in a similar role desirable
- Clear and effective communicator who can engage with visitors, colleagues and contractors
- Be able to manage your own workload, prioritise, and take ownership of tasks
- Support the overall team workload
