Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Trade Manager position for one of our clients based in Aldridge. As a Trade Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the decorators, plasterers, electricians and all resources. Trade Manager Responsibilities: Management of all staff onsite Ensure effective communication between staff, contractors and others as appropriate. Make good or report, as appropriate, items of damage or disrepair around the sites Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and availability of resources.
