Telesales Representative

Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a Telesales Representative for our clients based in Birmingham. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting company products and services as well as generating leads.

Telesales Representative Responsibilities:

• Conducting outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services
• Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a high-quality customer service
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation
• Provide feedback on customer responses to help improve marketing strategies

Telesales Representative Details:

Location: Birmingham, B11

Pay: 12.21-13.50 PH

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Telesales Representative Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales is beneficial
• PC literate
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A passion for sales and a willingness to learn new techniques
• Good telephone manner
