Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a Manufacturing Planner in the Stafford area.
Details of a Manufacturing Planner Stafford
Temporary position for approximately 3-6 months
£18 - £22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 3.45pm
40 hours per week
Flexible working hours available if required
Immediate start available
Role of a Manufacturing Planner Plan and schedule production within an engineering manufacturing environment
Use Infor SyteLine APS to manage production planning and scheduling
Plan production around customer requirements and available resources
Work with complex Bills of Material (BOMs)
Monitor production schedules and make adjustments where required
Work closely with production, purchasing and other departments to ensure materials and resources are available
Identify potential delays and help keep production on schedule
Requirements of a Manufacturing Planner Essential: Previous experience using Infor SyteLine APS
Previous experience working as a Planner within a manufacturing environment
Experience working with complex Bills of Material (BOMs)
Engineering or manufacturing experience
Strong planning and organisational skills
Able to manage changing priorities and work to deadlines
Good communication skills
Please note: Infor SyteLine APS experience is essential for this position. Experience with other planning systems alone will not be considered.
