Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30, Friday: 08:00 – 15:30

Extra Recruitment is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Coventry. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career within recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process while delivering an exceptional level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and registering candidates
  • Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
  • Managing candidate compliance and right-to-work documentation
  • Coordinating interviews, bookings, and placements
  • Maintaining accurate records using the company CRM system
  • Delivering a professional and consultative service at all times
  • Supporting the ongoing success and growth of the Coventry branch
