Driver / Trade Counter in Hounslow

Extra recruitment are currently recruiting for a Driver and Trade Counter for our client based in Hounslow.\\n\\nThe Driver and Trade Counter will be approachable and friendly, someone who will meet the needs of our customers and provide service with a smile. In this position, you will play a key role in the sale of our full range of building supplies and therefore, previous trade counter sales experience in a busy merchant environment is desirable for this role.\\n\\nResponsibilities and Duties of a Driver and Trade Counter:\\n\\nDealing with customers face to face and over the telephone\\n\\nDelivering orders to customers\\n\\nGiving excellent customer service and sound product advice\\n\\nDelivering stock to customers\\n\\nProviding quotations for customers\\n\\nPurchasing materials and managing stock levels for the category\\n\\nTaking a proactive approach to sales, using every opportunity to make or increase sale.\\n\\nDetails of a Driver and Trade Counter:\\n\\nSalary: £26,000.00 – £28,000 PA\\n\\nHours: Monday to Friday, 2 Saturdays per month (over time)\\n\\nDuration: Permanent\\n\\nQualification and Skills required for a Driver and Trade Counter:\\n\\nSales experience within a merchant environment is preferable although training will be given to the right candidate\\n\\nBuilding supplies product knowledge is advantageous\\n\\nConfident with dealing with customers\\n\\nThe ability to build great customer relationships a good telephone manner, excellent communication, and interpersonal skill\\n\\nComputer literate\\n\\nFull clean driving license\\n\\nBenefits of a Driver and Trade Counter:\\n\\n20 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday\\n\\nPension\\n\\nParking\\n\\nFor more information please apply
