Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Filing Administrator for one of our clients based in the Birmingham area. As a Filing Administrator you will be responsible for helping the Administration Team with dealing with a backlog of filing. This role is a temporary role, covering long term illness.
Filing Administrator Responsibilities:
- General Filing
- Maintain, update, and improve filing systems
- Communicate with team effectively to tackle due tasks
- Data entry
Filing Administrator Details:
- Location: Birmingham (B60)
- Pay: Β£13 PH
- Schedule: 08:00 β 05:00 Monday to Thursday and then 08:00 β 03:00 on Friday
- Duration: Temporary (illness cover)
Filing Administrator Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Data Entry / Filing Administrator role
- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Good written and spoken English skills
- PC Literate
