Extra Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Operative in the Hixon area.

Details of a Facilities Operative:

  • Monday - Friday
  • Flexible between 6:00am - 4:00pm
  • 40 hours per week
  • Competitive pay (dependent on experience)

Role of a Facilities Operative:

  • Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and welfare facilities
  • General cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and communal areas
  • Sweeping internal walkways and external access routes
  • Replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, soap, paper towels, etc.)
  • Collecting and sorting waste and recycling
  • Maintaining clean and organised waste areas
  • Supporting the facilities team with general site duties
  • Reporting maintenance issues
  • Following cleaning schedules and site standards

Requirements of a Facilities Operative:

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
  • Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
  • Reliable and able to work independently
  • Physically capable of manual work
  • Able to commute to Hixon
