Details of a Facilities Operative:
- Monday - Friday
- Flexible between 6:00am - 4:00pm
- 40 hours per week
- Competitive pay (dependent on experience)
Role of a Facilities Operative:
- Cleaning toilets, washrooms, and welfare facilities
- General cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Sweeping internal walkways and external access routes
- Replenishing consumables (toilet rolls, soap, paper towels, etc.)
- Collecting and sorting waste and recycling
- Maintaining clean and organised waste areas
- Supporting the facilities team with general site duties
- Reporting maintenance issues
- Following cleaning schedules and site standards
Requirements of a Facilities Operative:
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety standards
